Before you dive in, please take a moment to read through our Terms of Service (“Terms”). This document outlines the rules of the road—what’s allowed, what’s not, and what you can expect from us. Think of it as the guidebook to enjoying Pixelflit responsibly and respectfully. By using our website, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so let’s make sure we’re all on the same page!

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and PixelFlit ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the PixelFlit website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue any use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through service notifications or emails, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

By continuing to use PixelFlit after any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you object to any changes, your sole recourse is to cease using the Service. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document.

2. Detailed Description of Services

PixelFlit operates as a comprehensive digital platform dedicated to the sharing, discovery, and distribution of high-quality visual resources including but not limited to wallpapers, digital artwork, photographs, vector graphics, and other forms of digital media (collectively referred to as "Content"). Our Service provides both a repository for professional and amateur creators to showcase their work and a discovery platform for users seeking visual resources for personal use.

The Service includes various features such as user accounts, content submission systems, commenting functionality, content categorization and tagging, search capabilities, and personalized recommendation algorithms. We continuously develop and enhance our Service to improve user experience, which may result in periodic changes to features and functionality. Some features may be available only to registered users, while others are accessible to all visitors.

Content Licensing and Usage Rights

All Content available through PixelFlit remains the intellectual property of the respective copyright holders. By submitting Content to our platform, contributors grant PixelFlit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content in connection with the Service. This license continues even if you stop using our Service, though you may request removal of your Content at any time.

For end users, most Content on PixelFlit is provided under our Standard License which permits personal, non-commercial use. This includes using wallpapers on personal devices, printing for home decoration, and similar personal applications. The Standard License expressly prohibits any commercial use, redistribution, or incorporation into other works without explicit permission from the copyright holder. Certain Content may be available under alternative licenses which will be clearly marked.

3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using PixelFlit, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

While many features of PixelFlit are available without registration, creating an account unlocks additional functionality including the ability to submit Content, participate in discussions, create collections, and receive personalized recommendations. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notify PixelFlit of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches
  • Not create accounts for others without their permission or create multiple accounts for disruptive purposes
  • Not use an account name that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on others' rights

PixelFlit reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or behavior that may harm our community or Service. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination or content removal.
